Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include/exclude VAT as stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery).

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after an order is placed.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times provided are estimates only, and delays may occur due to external factors.

Free or paid shipping applies as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once the item is successfully delivered (as confirmed by the shipping carrier), all responsibility for damage, loss, or any subsequent issues transfers to the client.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging.

Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or defective.

Refunds will be made in-store after inspection of the returned goods.

In case of exchange, all delivery charges (both for the return and the new delivery) must be paid by the client.
